도시재생과 인천아트플랫폼의 그림자

The shadow of urban regeneration and the Incheon Art Platform

이 글은 인천지역의 특수성을 기반으로 문화예술의 힘을 빌려 개항장 문화지구 재생의 앵커 시설로써 자치단체의 자발적인 문화재생 사례로 꼽히는 인천아트플랫폼에 대한 비평문이다. 개관 이후 지난 10년간 인천아트플랫폼이 걸어온 발자취를 따라가며 하드웨어적인 측면과 소프트웨어적인 측면에서 올바른 도시재생이 이루어지고 있는지, 문제점들은 없는지 비판적 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다.

This article is a critique of the Incheon Art Platform, which is considered a voluntary cultural regeneration case by local governments as an anchor facility for regeneration of the open port cultural district with the help of culture and art based on the characteristics of Incheon. We will follow the footsteps of the Incheon Art Platform over the past 10 years since its opening and look at it critically whether the right urban regeneration is taking place in hardware and software terms and whether there are any problems.
